• All content, materials, and intellectual property created or provided by Renovation Nation  remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose

Our services may involve third-party platforms, tools, or providers. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Renovation Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the previous three (3) months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renovation Nation  from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

19. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description:
Renovation Nation may send SMS messages including, but not limited to, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support notifications, and promotional offers to users who have opted in via website forms or other consent methods.

Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number that sent you the message. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
